Guess who is joining us again for some Fun & Fitness! Hey, it’s Marena Toth! If you didn’t have a chance to catch any of her workouts from the Spring Wellness Adventure Challenge, we’ve got you covered… for an entire year!
We want to make sure that everyone is staying healthy and safe. Since we aren’t able to bring Marena to you in person, we are putting together the next best thing. So, this week, we are kicking off Virtual Fun & Fitness with Marena, a weekly fitness program that will continue through August 2021. That’s right – a whole year of workouts with Marena, to help you stay active! And, it’s free, free, free, free… FREE!!
How does the program work?
All the program details, videos, and information about registering for the monthly live sessions, are available on our Google Drive. At the beginning of each week we will upload two awesome, action-packed workout videos and warm-up and cool-down sessions for you to “fit” into your weekly schedule. Plus, each month Marena will also host a live workout/Q&A session via Zoom. Anyone can register to join her for a live workout and to answer any exercise questions you might have.
How do I access the workouts?
It’s easy to get started – just send an email to JBaker@MilestonePA.org and request a link to Virtual Fun & Fitness with Marena. Use the videos to workout at your own pace each week, and don’t forget to join Marena live on Zoom each month!

Marena received her Bachelor’s degree from Kent State in Physical Activity and Sports Performance, her Masters in Adapted Physical Activity from Slippery Rock University, and she is the Operations Manager for the Growing Together Aquaponics transition program. We are so glad to have her share some of her time to help us get fit and keep moving!
